Caroline Dubois has set her sights on a unification fight with fellow Brit Terri Harper in early 2026. Dubois holds the WBC lightweight title while Harper is the WBO champion at 135lbs, and Dubois wants the two belts on the line as one of her next targets.
Having recently joined MVP, the same promotional stable that represents Harper, Dubois said the move should remove many barriers to making the matchup. She explained that signing with MVP and aligning with Jake Paul gave her access to top opponents and big names—citing fighters such as Terri Harper, Alycia Baumgardner, Stephanie Han and Holly Holm—and added that a domestic unification in the first quarter of 2026 makes the most sense.
Before any showdown with Harper, Dubois will defend her WBC crown against Italy’s Camila Panatta on the undercard of Jake Paul vs Anthony Joshua on December 19 in Miami. She described the card as a major opportunity, saying it is the biggest moment a fighter can ask for and she is eager to showcase herself to the American audience.
At 24, Dubois is determined to make a statement every time she steps into the ring. She rejects the idea that her success is a fluke, insisting that when she turns up in peak condition she can beat anyone in the lightweight division. Dubois called Camila Panatta the first obstacle on her path and said she is on a quest for greatness as the women’s lightweight scene continues to grow.
