A 35-yard field goal by Matthew Wright as time expired lifted Houston to a 16-13 victory in Nashville. Davis Mills started and engineered the late drive after Titans rookie Cam Ward had produced a 95-yard touchdown drive with 1:35 remaining. The Texans improved to 5-5, while Tennessee fell to 1-9.

Miami climbed to 3-7; Washington slipped to 4-8.
