The field for the 2025/26 PDC World Darts Championship at Alexandra Palace is complete. The draw will take place on Monday 24 November at 4.30pm (London) and will be shown live on Sky Sports News, streamed on the Sky Sports Darts YouTube channel, on the Sky Sports website and via the Sky Sports app.
A record 128 players will contest the expanded tournament, competing for the Sid Waddell Trophy and a share of the £5m prize fund. In the revised format all entrants start in the first round, with seedings used to structure the draw. The top 32 seeded players and those ranked 33–64 will be placed and drawn at random into the draw and paired against the remaining 64 qualifiers.

When is the tournament?
The World Championship begins at Alexandra Palace on Thursday 11 December and runs across 13 consecutive days before pausing for Christmas, then resumes on 27 December and concludes with the final on Saturday 3 January. Key dates:

– 12–19 December: multiple Round One sessions (afternoon and evening)
– 20–23 December: Round Two sessions (afternoon and evening)
– 27–29 December: Round Three (afternoon and evening) and early Round Four matches

– 1 January: Quarter-finals across two sessions
