Experts have their say ahead of the Caroline Dubois vs Terri Harper world lightweight title unification clash, live on Sky Sports from 7pm on Sunday.
Mikaela Mayer (two-weight champion)
It’s going to be a great fight. If I had to pick a winner, I might have to go with Caroline Dubois because of her amateur pedigree. She’s a very good, technically sound boxer. Terri Harper, though, has always given us the fights we want to see and never shies away from tough opponents. You can’t count Harper out, but I don’t see her getting stopped — I’d expect the fight to go to a decision, with Dubois edging it.
Nina Meinke (IBF featherweight champion)
That’s going to be an interesting fight after all the build-up. I’m going with Caroline — I think she’s the stronger and tougher fighter — but I’m cheering for Terri because I like her attitude. Terri’s not about hate; she’s a strong fighter and not someone to underestimate.
Johnny Nelson (Former world champion)
I think it’ll be an inside-the-distance win. After the face-off shove, I was surprised at how strong Terri looked, and I think Caroline realised that. If they scrap, I’d back Caroline, but it won’t be easy. Terri has more miles on the clock; Caroline is the one coming to chase rather than run. I’m leaning toward a harder-than-expected inside-the-distance win for Caroline.
Frazer Clarke (Olympic medallist)
Harper is very experienced, but Caroline has a new spite and hunger that I love. I remember a more quiet Caroline after the Olympics; this version is fierce. I think she’s phenomenal and with that vicious edge, I believe she stops Harper.

Nothing against Harper — I’m just a fan of the youngster, Caroline. She sees greatness in herself, respects the game, keeps learning and improving. I love what I’m seeing; she’s somebody to be reckoned with.
Lawrence Okolie (former world champion)
It’s a great fight. I think Dubois is probably one of the best boxers in the world; she needs to go out there, show it and gain experience. Harper is a seasoned world champion, but I think Dubois has more than what it takes.
