Tyron Smith Injury
After reports originally said Smith tore his left hamstring in practice on Wednesday, NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport reported Thursday morning that Smith actually suffered an avulsion fracture of the knee which likely force him to miss most or all of the 2022 season.
Video of Smith’s injury in practice shows him slipping and falling over as he made contact on a run block. He reportedly left the practice field under his own power without a significant limp, but that didn’t stop the bad news.
This is also a similar injury to the one New York Jets tackle Mekhi Becton suffered earlier this month. The Jets have already ruled out Becton for the season after placing him on injured reserve.
Wife
Leigh Costa is famously known to the public for being with famous football star Tyron Smith. After the couple has been together for a relatively long amount of time, many fans have wondered whether they are married or not.
There is no confirmation of the couple tying the knot just yet. They are in a happy relationship and surely are thinking about getting married. But as of now, the love birds have not been married.
Tyron was in a relationship with model Lexi Placourakis. The couple shared a son together before they decided to go their ways and he is still actively involved in his son’s life.
