Tom Daley knitting kits
Tom Daley and his knitting was hands down, one of the few good things to come out of last year. When he wasn’t busy winning gold in Tokyo, he could be spotted on the sidelines knitting up various vibrant masterpieces, delivering a load of much-needed wholesomeness in the process.
Now, the Olympian has just gone and released his very own range of knitting kits as part of his namesake brand, Made With Love by Tom Daley.
After offering sneak peeks of his first kit collection, called ‘1896’ (the year of the “first modern Olympic Games”) on Instagram back in November, we were super excited for the launch and, yep, we can confirm it’s absolutely fab. And with winter at its height, we have to say, the timing couldn’t be better.
Explaining his reason for creating the kits, Tom writes on the site: “You’ve sent thousands of messages of support, encouraged me, and asked questions about knitting since I started this journey. This inspired me to spread the love even further and launch Made With Love! But We have designed these kits with quality and sustainability in mind, ensuring that your final knit is the best it can be!”
Now, if you’re sitting there thinking ‘that’s all well and good for people who can knit, but I can’t’ – fear not. The kits are available in four different levels, ranging from beginner to advanced, meaning you can get into the hygge vibe whatever your experience level.
