Tom Brady is getting attention from the media for many reasons. He is constantly in public eye thanks to his actions on the football friend.
Tom Brady : Throws chair | Ball boy | retires again
Brady holds nearly every major quarterback record, including: passing yards, completions, touchdown passes, and games started. Never having a losing season, he is the NFL leader in: career quarterback wins, quarterback regular season wins, quarterback playoff wins, Super Bowl MVP awards, as well as being the only Super Bowl MVP for two different franchises.
Additional accolades held by Brady include the most Pro Bowl selections, and the first unanimous NFL MVP.
The only quarterback to win a Super Bowl in three separate decades, Brady is noted for the longevity of his success: he is the oldest NFL MVP at age 40, the oldest Super Bowl MVP at age 43, the oldest quarterback selected to the Pro Bowl at age 44, and the oldest quarterback to start a game at age 45.
Tom Brady Throws chair
The internet is undefeated and many NFL fans have fallen for a recent tweet regarding Tom Brady.
After the Tampa Bay Buccaneers’ loss to the Carolina Panthers, a troll Twitter account named Barry posted a very long message.
The message was that Brady was so angered by the loss to the Panthers that after the game, he threw a chair at a ball boy. The tweet said it knocked the ball boy unconscious.
Others commented on the post saying it was a joke and that the account shouldn’t be taken seriously.
There were, though, very few fans who thought the claim was true, but after scrolling through the comments, the reality was quickly discovered. Whether ‘Barry’ was trying to be funny or just nasty, his words were completely false.
We all know that it is all fake, but some NFL fans still asked the question after the tweet. Thankfully, most quickly realized that the claim was fake and some pointed out that the account has no blue tick (Twitter verification).
Ball boy
Tom Brady is getting attention from the media for many reasons. He is constantly in the public eye thanks to his actions on the football friend, but he is also making headlines due to his crumbling marriage to Gisele Bündchen. It seems one troll got the best of the internet.
After the Tampa Bay Buccaneers’ loss to the Carolina Panthers, Antonio Brown trolled Tom Brady in epic fashion. He was not alone, because, a troll Twitter account named Barry posted a very detailed message.
Fans called cap on this tweet and immediately discredited the “report.” In the end, Tom Brady seemed serious, but not overly upset when he spoke to the press about what the team needed to do in order to correct their isues.
Tampa Bay’s third-down conversion wasn’t the best. They went 2/12 and going 1/3 on fourth down. Even though the Buccaneers had 16 more plays, they could not get anything going on the gridiron.
The Buccaneers are now 3-4 on the season and have lost four of their last five games. Obviously, Tom Brady isn’t happy, but it doesn’t seem that he’s taking his aggression out on any ball boys.
Retires again
This season almost didn’t happen for Brady. He retired on Feb. 1, but unretired 40 days later. The quarterback has been visibly frustrated during games, throwing and breaking several of the league-issued Surface Pro tablets on the sideline.
“No one feels good about where we’re at, no one feels good about how we’ve played or what we’re doing,” he said after the Panthers game, according to ESPN. “We’re all in it together. We’ve gotta go pull ourselves out of it.”
With Brady’s poor performance on the field and rumors about a possible divorce swirling off the field, many have wondered if the quarterback’s second and final retirement might come sooner rather than later.
On his “Let’s Go!” podcast, Brady was asked by his co-host Jim Gray if he would consider retiring midseason.
“I said last week that there’s no immediate retirement in my future. There was a retirement in the past, but I moved on from that,” he said, according to Pro Football Talk. “I told them in March I was playing, and I’ve never quit on anything in my life.”
