The 2022–23 FA Cup is the 142nd edition of the oldest football tournament in the world, here’s FA Cup 2022-23 full schedule and rounds.
FA Cup 2022-23 : Dates, Schedule, draw, rounds
FA Cup 2022-23 was sponsored by Emirates and known as the Emirates FA Cup for sponsorship purposes. The winners will qualify for the 2023–24 UEFA Europa League group stage.
The FA Cup is a knockout competition with 124 teams taking part all trying to reach the Final at Wembley in June 2023.
The competition consisted of the 92 teams from the Football League system (20 teams from the Premier League and the 72 in total from the EFL Championship, EFL League One and EFL League Two) plus the 32 surviving teams out of 640 teams from the National League System (levels 5–10 of the English football league system) that started the competition in the qualifying rounds.
All rounds were drawn randomly usually either at the completion of the previous round or on the evening of the last televised game of a round being played depending on television broadcasting rights.

Liverpool will be defending the title they won in dramatic fashion against Chelsea in May 2022, beating the Blues on penalties at Wembley for the second time in under three months to add the trophy to their EFL Cup glory.
This season’s competition is certain to be an unusual one before the action on the pitch has even begun.
FA Cup 2022-23 Schedule
The 2022/23 English season is set to have a schedule unprecedented in history, in common with leagues around the world negotiating disruption caused by a World Cup in November and December.
The Premier League season kicks off on its earliest ever date in order to accommodate the break in games for the World Cup, and the FA Cup final will take place in June for the first time.
The changes enforced by the first ever World Cup to be held in the winter have angered many fans — especially purists — and will doubtless be broadly unpopular among managers.
Should English teams reach the Champions League final on June 10, their players who are also taking part in the World Cup will have played for more than 10 months without any substantial break.
One knock-on effect could be that some managers will be tempted to rest players for parts or all of cup competitions.
If they are to go all the way again in the FA Cup, the demands the season will impose look daunting for the 2021/22 finalists.
Draw
The official FA Cup 2022/23 Draw Dates have not been revealed yet; however, the draw will be made soon after the completion of a previous round.
We will reveal all the dates for the draw when we get official confirmation.
