In other prominent matches, Braun Strowman defeated Omos, Damage CTRL (Dakota Kai and Iyo Sky) defeated Alexa Bliss and Asuka to win the WWE Women’s Tag Team Championship, Bianca Belair defeated Bayley in a Last Woman Standing match to retain the Raw Women’s Championship and in the opening bout, Brock Lesnar defeated Bobby Lashley.

However, the finish was somewhat controversial as Lesnar used the turnbuckle to push himself back and fall on his opponent to pin him. Following the match, Lashley attacked Lesnar and put him again in The Hurt Lock.

For nearly 216 days, Bianca Belair has held the RAW Women’s Championship. Since returning from injury, Bayley has targeted The EST of WWE and tried to strip her from the title.

However, after losing a Ladder Match to Belair at Extreme Rules, The Role Model tried her luck again at Crown Jewel when the two squared off in a historic Last Woman Standing Match.

After a brutal battle between the two ladies, Belair emerged victorious. She trapped her opponent inside a ladder under the turnbuckle following a devastating KOD on a steel chair.

After hosting Roman Reigns on his podcast a few weeks ago, Logan Paul challenged The Tribal Chief for the Undisputed WWE Universal Championship. The two superstars squared off at Crown Jewel in Saudi Arabia.

While many doubted Paul, the 27-year-old once again proved that he has the talent and ability to become a top superstar.

The Maverick gave an impressive performance against The Head of the Table and was very close to capturing the Undisputed WWE Universal Championship several times during the bout.

Despite his defeat, Paul seems to be the winner of tonight’s match against Reigns since it gave him the credibility he needed as a serious in-ring competitor in WWE.

WWE’s shows in Saudi Arabia have always been challenging due to the politics surrounding everything.

Inside the squared circle, though, the 2022 edition of Crown Jewel is shaping up to be a stellar card for the company.

Roman Reigns Vs. Logan Paul is carrying a ton of intrigue. Despite a severe paper mismatch on paper, several prominent wrestling websites have predicted a win for Paul. It wouldn’t be clean, but seeing the social media mogul leave Saudi Arabia as WWE’s unified champion would be shocking.

Brock Lesnar vs. Bobby Lashley: Lashley refused to give Lesnar a moment to settle in and attacked him ringside pre-match. Lesnar was visibly limping after being shoved into the steel ring steps.

Lashley nailed his opponent with multiple spears inside and outside of the ring once the match officially started, including one through the ringside barricade.

Lesnar turned the tide after kicking out of a pinfall, planting Lashley with numerous German suplexes and hitting an F-5 for the near count.

The best thing going for Lesnar vs. Lashley II was its competitive nature. Clearly, WWE is laying the groundwork for a rubber match. Hopefully, they crank up the intensity. Lesnar def. Lashley via pinfall — Grade: C+

Undisputed WWE universal championship — Roman Reigns (c) vs. Logan Paul: Reigns tried to bully his smaller opponent from the get-go, but Paul refused to be intimidated. The underdog surprised the champion with chain wrestling. Reigns quickly ducked out of the ring when Paul tried to land that one lucky punch he hyped up for weeks. Overall, Reigns was very much in control for the early portions of the match. Reigns toyed with the Internet star, slamming and mocking him.

Paul continued to find brief openings, including a hip toss and clothesline to the outside, but the more experienced Reigns was quick to adjust. Paul caught Reigns showboating with a crossbody off the barricade and then emulated AEW star “Hangman” Adam Page with a supremely athletic Buckshot Lariat. Paul’s froginess got the better of him as he was intercepted mid-air after a sky-high springboard.

The champion took the reins for the middle portion of the match, stretching out Paul while calling out YouTubers KSI and MrBeast. Paul nearly did the impossible with a fantastic blockbuster off the corner ropes. Paul hit Reigns with a stunning Superman elbow, top rope crossbody and standing moonsault for another near count.

The Internet sensation tuned up the band for Sweet Chin Music, a nod to his trainer Shawn Michaels. Reigns countered with a Uranage in another big momentum swing.

This is arguably the greatest celebrity crossover match in pro-wrestling history. Reigns def. Paul to retain the title — Grade: A+
