Celtic F.C transfer

Celtic find themselves in a very good position at this point of time.

Not only have they won both of their Premiership games till now but it also looks like the club have already completed most of their transfer business for the summer as well and the squad is pretty much settled.

Although, it must be pointed out that the idea of making more additions has not been ruled out yet.

Collado was very highly rated while coming through the youth ranks at Barcelona but has never managed to make his mark at the senior level.

He did spend a promising loan spell at Granada last season though. While mostly known for his skill and dribbling ability, there are more qualities to Collado’s game though.

The biggest could be his relentless pressing and tackling off the ball. Statistically, it was one of the best in Europe last season amongst midfielders.

News

Celtic boss Ange Postecoglou is open to the prospect of further additions to his squad. There will be outgoings, however, with the likes of Christopher Jullien, Mikey Johnston and Albian Ajeti set to head for pastures new.

In terms of incomings, a move for Alex Collado looks to be off the table as the the Barcelona talent looks set to stay in La Liga with Elche on loan.

Ross County lost out to Hearts at Tynecastle last weekend despite making a better start to the game than their Jambos counterparts.

They enjoyed good form at home in the Highlands last season though and so Malky Mackay will prepare his men to go at Celtic today and make life difficult for the Hoops.

It all makes for what could be a very entertaining game and one that fans who aren’t in attendance will be keen to watch on the highlights later.
