“I went to a Syracuse football game against Florida State on Saturday so I was already speaking with the coaches, but when I heard they were going to offer me I was excited,” Anthony told 247Sports. .“I’ve been waiting for this offer for a while and it meant a lot just because my dad went there and won a National Championship there.
A lot of people were waiting for me to have this on my checklist. It means a lot to me to have a chance to continue the legacy.”
LaLa celebrated her son on Instagram calling herself the “proudest mom on the planet” as she shared a thread of photos of Kiyan and her posing with orange and blue Syracuse-themed balloons.
