Of course, Brown is not currently on the Ravens roster, and his tweet raises questions. Check out Did Ravens sign Antonio Brown or not.
Antonio Brown : Overtime Megan | Ravens sign
During his second NFL season, he became the first player in NFL history to have more than 1,000 yards receiving and returning in the same year.
For his efforts, Brown was selected as a punt returner for the 2012 Pro Bowl. In 2013, his breakout year, he became the only receiver in NFL history to record five receptions and at least 50 yards in every single game of an NFL season.
Although his on-the-field productivity continued over the next several seasons, including leading the league in receptions and receiving yards in 2014, receptions in 2015, receiving yards in 2017, and receiving touchdowns in 2018, Brown’s relationship with the Steelers soured, especially with quarterback Ben Roethlisberger, and he eventually requested a trade.
Antonio Brown Overtime Megan
Antonio Brown is currently embattled in more than one controversy at the moment. The first being that he is currently still wanted by the Tampa Police Department on domestic violence charges.
He is currently accused of threatening his ex-fiancée, who is the mother of three of his children, and throwing items at her.
The other is that he has taken to social media while apparently still locked in a home in Tampa that he refuses to leave to turn himself into authorities.
Then he posted a photo of himself in bed with an unidentified woman. While many started the rumor that it was Tom Brady’s ex-wife Gisele Bundchen, that theory became just that. It was then rumored that it was TikTok influencer Megan Eugenio, or “Overtime Megan.”
The influencer took to social media to state that it was not her in the photo that Brown posted to Snapchat. She stated that she couldn’t believe that people believed it was her and that she couldn’t believe she needed to say it, but that it wasn’t her.
With the recent events surrounding Antonio Brown and the fact that the Tampa Police Department is waiting outside of his house for him to emerge, it’s hard to think about his relationship status. But, as in true AB fashion, he took to social media this week and acted as if nothing was wrong.
Ravens sign Antonio Brown
The NFL Draft began on Thursday and Twitter was jumping after an entertaining first round but it looks like Antonio Brown stole the thunder for any chance of that being the same case on Friday after a wild tweet.
Brown announced via his Twitter on Friday afternoon that he was ending his retirement from the NFL and making a return to the league, joining the Baltimore Ravens.
“Excited to return to the NFL this year,” Brown put into his tweet with a photoshopped image of him in a Ravens uniform. The seven-time Pro Bowl wide receiver announced just two months ago that he’d officially be ending his career from the NFL and retiring.
Brown’s continuous issues off the field immediately makes this a head-scratcher along with the Ravens not currently having him on their official roster.
Just like usual, Brown is always trying to stir the pot and create some chaos to grab attention and it looked like it worked.
Brown recently posted a picture of himself wearing a Ravens jersey and captioned it, “Excited to return to the NFL this year.” He also added a hashtag, “#RavensFlock,” just for good measure. In case anyone wasn’t sure what team he wanted to play for.
